Personal one-on-one training tailored specifically for you to help you reach your goals.

  • Preliminary Session: During the preliminary session, the consultant will meet with the athlete to discuss athletes wants and needs. This session will be the foundation for future performance enhancement. The preliminary session will last 60 minutes.
  • Single Session: Single sessions are for athletes who would like to explore the world of sport psychology and performance enhancement, but aren’t quite ready to commit to a 6 or 12 session package. Each session will last 60 minutes.
  • 6 Session Package: With the 6 session package athletes are given many tools to help them hone into their mental ability. This package also allows for athletes to be in communication with the consultant between sessions. Each session will last 60 minutes.
  • 12 Session Package: This option is for those athletes who are committed to reaching their goals and enhancing performance throughout their season. This package also allows athletes to communicate with the consultant between sessions. Each session will last 60 minutes.
